1. Number of people to be recruited

2. Appointment period
From date of employment (planned for August 1st, 2022) until March 31st, 2023.
*Depending on performance, this period can be renewed up to four times (until March 31st, 2026)
3. Application requirements
・A year or more of study abroad experience at a Japanese university of graduate school
・Japanese language ability equivalent to N1 of the JLPT
・A thorough knowledge of international students and students who wish to study in Japan
・Ability to create documents on a computer (with Excel, Word, etc.)
4. Entry period
May 31st, 2022 (Tuesday) – June 24th, 2022 (Friday), must arrive by 5 p.m.
5. Working conditions, etc.
(1) Working hours
Three days during weekdays (Mon – Fri)
8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (with a break of 60 minutes)
(2) Number of working days
Three days per week
*Number of working days is subject to change with renewal of contract
(3) Location of work
Kobe City Hall (6-5-1 Kano-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe City)
(4) Base pay
Approximately 131,000 yen per month (including regional benefits) *End of term benefit and transportation fees will be paid separately
