Bus excursions are held twice a year as international student exchange events.
In summer, students living alone in the Kansai area can participate in disaster preparedness training by a Hyogo Prefecture disaster prevention expert to learn how to respond during emergencies in Japan. This is followed by a half-day bus trip to deepen friendships among international students.
In fall, a further day-long bus trip is organized in collaboration with the permanent members of the Education Support Association, a parent organization for Japanese students.
In addition, there are many events where Japanese students and international students can interact, such as monthly language exchange meetings and Christmas parties.
