Kobe Institute of Computing offers specialized programs in IT, web, design, architecture, animation, gaming, and more, where international students study alongside Japanese students. It also has Japanese language programs and an International Communication department for international students. This school, operated by the College of Computing is one of the oldest computer education institutions in Japan, and students can advance to the graduate school within the same institution.
